I always loved this look that Mila Kunis wore the the Ted premiere last year. She has on this pretty smokey metallic shadow that just makes her eyes pop. You can try it at home with whatever shadows you have, but I added makeup suggestions if you need them!
First thing's first, start with your normal face routine. Don't forget to prime your eyelids so your shadow stays colorful all day and doesn't crease. I love Tarte's Clean Slate eye primer.
Start off with a gold metallic shadow, like Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Eyeshadow in Barely Branded, on the inner half of your lid. Put some in the corner and drag a bit down under your eye.
Then take a light brown metallic shadow and place it on the outer half of your lid. I suggest Benefit's Dandy Brandy shadow.
Next you're going to place a dark brown metallic shadow on the outer corner of your eye - that V section that makes your smokey eye all smoked out and cool. Try e.l.f.'s Studio Baked Eyeshadow in Chocolate Dreams.
Take some of the brown shadows and place some under your lower lash line, blending it with the gold shadow. Finish off the eye look by using some brow gel to tame those caterpillars.
Time for the face! Contour your cheeks with a golden bronzer, NARS Laguna Bronzing Powder is the absolute best. Put some on your forehead, cheeks, and around the frame of your face for a late summer glow.
I hope you like this look, comment bellow telling me if you're going to try it!
Have a great day!
